Enquiries
Contact and vehicle information supplied in workshop or transport enquiries, and optional uploaded photos, are processed. Appointments are not confirmed automatically. Only authorised staff can access the data. The legal basis and retention needed for pre-contractual steps and statutory obligations must be completed by the operator before launch.
Technical processing
This website uses necessary session cookies and a cookie remembering the selected language. No analytics or marketing services are embedded. Images and fonts are served locally. Pseudonymised access counters are stored briefly to prevent abuse. The host may process its own server logs; details and retention periods remain to be completed.
Retention and deletion
The operator can delete completed and cancelled enquiries after the configured retention period, initially 180 days. Open enquiries are not deleted automatically. Legal retention periods and the actual deletion process must be reviewed before launch. Data is not disclosed to other customers.
External links and data subject rights
Google Maps loads only when the embedded map is deliberately requested or an external link is opened. Loading the map connects to Google and transmits the IP address. The operator must complete and review information about access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal where applicable, the competent supervisory authority and the right to complain.
